Excellent service, yet again.
For the second time, in a few days, I visited Chard Branch of Hays travel, to book a holiday, for next year. I was helped by Tabi again, who is an absolute star.
She made the whole process easy and she is very efficient, helpful and cheerful.
My husband and I thoroughly recommend the service that we have received, at each visit to Hays.

Booking our holiday was easy
Booking our holiday was easy. We had an idea of where and when and was given a nice selection to choose from. Everything sorted out and completed in an hour. Very much looking forward to our trip abroad.

Poppy had a lovely calm manner, answered all my questions and despite the fact that I could have paid £40 less per person on the internet I felt the customer service was so good that I booked in store. Very pleased with service provided.

Upon entering Hayes Tracel in Chard I had no idea on where I wanted to holiday with my daughter .
The 2 ladies that greeted me were very friendly and welcoming .
Sally who helped over 3 visits listened to both myself and my daughter as to what we were looking for in our holiday .
Sally was very knowledgeable of different destinations in the world .
Above all Sally was most patient in helping me find the ideal holiday for myself and my daughter .
Sally went through numerous holidays and informed of the various excursions at that destination .
There was no pressure to book until we found our right holiday .
We have booked an all inclusive 7 night stay in Cyprus , where this suited both myself and my daughter
