Sally James was out point of contact. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very patient listening to our wants and needs. A real asset to your team. First time we have used a travel agent but we will be back, and certainly if Sally is there.

Absolutely fantastic service I’ve not used a travel agent in 20 years but Sally has done lots of research for me and came up with the best travel options as well as personal experience of the place I want to visit. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sally is always very helpful when we book our holidays with Hayes travel in chard. Sally is always the person we see but all the staff in store are very friendly and make you feel welcome, nothing is ever to much trouble.

Booking a cruise…
Sally booked us our first cruise in June. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer the questions we asked, efficiently and politely. Sally recommended several options and made us feel relaxed about the whole process.
