From walking in Hays Travel Chester le Street my wife and I were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to go above and beyond to make our holiday dreams come true! I had been discussing the initial holiday via email which Bronia had explained everything and more that we needed to know though as we were In Chester le street we called into the branch to book up our safari to Mabula in 2028. Gemma covered the full holiday and provided us with itinerary for flights and the holiday itself. As we were the only people in the branch other staff members also were very helpful in sharing their own experiences of holidays they had encountered. Thank you Hays Travel Chester le Street!
