I visited Hayes Travel on Tuesday 30th June . I saw Senem in the Bridge Street , Chester store who was so helpful in booking the holiday package I had in mind when I visited . Additionally , she went the extra mile to have an airport agent to meet me at the airport and direct me to the right flight waiting area . I found Senem very professional, kind and friendly which made me feel her priority during the booking of my holiday . My holiday now booked by Senem made me feel reassured I will be looked after regarding all aspects of my holiday from start to finish . Thank You Senem .
