had a fantastic experience with Hays Travel! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Carrie was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a holiday. She offered great advice and found me the perfect package at a brilliant price.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and personal touch – nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with care. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt fully confident knowing everything was handled professionally.
I will definitely be booking through Hays Travel again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and great holiday

This is a great Travel Agent I was treated with respect and understanding during both my visits. The staff are friendly and professional, Lily went out of her way to maks sure I got exactly what I wanted, despite my requests being a little complicated. I will certainly be back to book my next trip.

On the second day of messaging over…
On the second day of messaging over messenger I managed to speak to a lady called Erin. She was brilliant and provided me with all the relevant information. Even when I was asking for a few adjustments.
I got sent a payment link as well then I didn't need to ring up the store to pay. It's a surprise trip for my children, so this was perfect at keeping the secret.

Made an enquiry to chorley branch tried to book it in wigan my local shop told by telephone booking that I had to book my holiday through the chorley shop can understand why !
