Great experience
The whole experience from start to finish was totally professional, but moreso, extremely friendly (I'd been into a local travel agent who made me feel uncomfortable).. so needless to say I walked away.
I'd heard and seen the reputation you have so I thought I would venture into your Cleveleys branch.
I saw Tegan ..she was superb and within 24 hours we had a lovely holiday booked .
