We were greeted by the office manager Emma. Were first time cruisers and she answered all of our questions. After looking at a couple of cruise options we decided to book an Ambassador cruise to Iceland.

Absolutely fantastic service
I have never booked or travelled abroad on my own before, so had lots of questions.
Chloe my agent was great, I had no idea where I wanted to go, apart from that I needed some sunshine.
And that it was a last minute booking.
I was given all the information I needed from start to finish clearly and concise.
Chloe made the whole thing a pleasure.
And made me walk out the agency with a smile on my face.
Will definitely be using Hays travel again.

Went into Hays travel Colchester…
Went into Hays travel Colchester branch yesterday to book our trip to China. We were greeted by Lily who was very attentive and explained every option and made the booking a breeze and followed up with a couple of emails to comfirm our booking.

Terrific help in planning your holiday flights.
Olivia and Emma were really helpful in finding flights to USA and travel within that country. Would thoroughly recommend going to Hays Travel for planning and booking flights.
