I usually book holidays for our family online but booking through Hayes travel has removed all the responsibility and many computer hours previously spent sorting out the finer details and the variety of
individual requests for preferred accommodation etc.

Nothing was too much trouble!!
Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They spent over 2 hours making all the arrangements for our holiday in one visit, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble - hotel, flights, transfers, parking, seating all exactly as wewould want them.
