Hays Travel - Colwyn Bay Avis 

Colwyn Bay Hays Travel was excellent for my insurance Kemal was very professional and customer service skills second to none and he had a difficult issue to share we had gone in the week before and was quoted a price for my insurance renewal I had saved up for it then when I went to pay a week later he told me very nicely that unfortunately there had been a price increase I had another£20 to find. Kemal was very calm and professional it wasn't his fault he was just the person giving me the message. Really Hays need to give people notice as £20 is a lot for me but excellent customer service as always.

Tracey planned, booked and printed out every aspect of our holidays for us. She was extremely informative and helpful. We are delighted.

I booked flights with Hays in Colwyn Bay and they were extremely helpful as the process would have been very complicated for me to do at home .They are always friendly and do their best to sort the process as easy as possible for you and would always go there to sort out my holidays and currency.Keep up the good work Hays .

When wishing to book a holiday we said Hays will be just as good as the online offers.
Hays was better.
In Colwyn Bay... Lillie found us just what we wanted.
She got the searches for 5 people just right and she was so good.
A booking was reserved for 24 hours whilst we got ourselves in to pay the whole amount but
When coming in on her day off no one else seemed to be able to help.
They wanted to start looking for fresh holidays which were more expensive.
Luckily the booking was still live the next day when Lillie was back and the holiday booking was completed.

The staff in Colwyn Bay were fab , especially Justine who was in constant contact with our needs / requests . Excellent customer service , now on count down for our much needed holiday.

The smile, the greeting gives a most welcoming environment and makes you feel valued- it’s a pleasure to just walk into the place. Was just picking up documentation, everything so organised, efficient and allows us to relax with preparation for our holiday.Brill, and thank you.

My experience with Hays travel was amazing. I didn’t visit the shop, and everything was dealt with via messages and a telephone call and the whole process was seamless - I would highly recommend dealing with Lillie at Colwyn Bay.
