Christmas on a caribbean cruise
The full trip went start to finish very well the only things i can add as a future guide not as a criticism is that you could be told when booking if any entery documents to entry any country on line or not is explain to you at the time as i was told i donot need anything and the day before the cruise i found out myself i need to fill in a online form to enter the country and maybe if its a first cruise explain your lugage will go from the airport and next time you see it is in the cabin and the reverse for the return do not take this as a moan or complaint it just may help out as knowledge is gold and you have full confidence the hayes reps have good knowledge everything else was as it says on the label im happy to use hays again which i already had p and o transfer this next coming cruise over to hays to complete for me

Had such a lovely experience booking our first cruise to the Caribbean. Sumaya was extremely helpful and spent time looking at the best cabin available within our price range, very knowledgeable and friendly too. Would definitely use to book more holidays in the future.
