Roberta in Hays Travel Cookstown was absolutely fantastic in helping us to find a holiday that would suit our family needs. She was so thorough in checking for the best deals possible, looking at many alternatives for us to help make the holiday affordable. There was no judgement at all on what we could afford which I really appreciated. Her kind, courteous manner was one of the main reasons I wanted to go back and book all with her when we had made a final decision about our holiday. She is a real credit to Hays Travel and should be recognised for this.

Holiday booking made easy!
Hays agents were so efficient and easy to work with. They took all our requirements into consideration and kept trying different options until they found the best holiday for us. The booking process was so straight forward, receiving travel documents within minutes.

The staff help and assistance you get…
The staff help and assistance you get at Hays in Cookstown is second to none absolutely excellent and run efficiently
Only problem I have is with the holiday insurance company
I was away in November cost 37 pounds if I remember for a week which was fine no problem with that
I go away this Saturday for 10 days cost me 87 pounds how or why the big hike ?? Wasn't amused
Nothing at all to do with the brilliant staff . Thank you
