This is our 2nd holiday booking to Las Vegas with no stress just smooth sailing from start to finish. Emma informs us of everything we need to know and do before our holiday and is always on the end of the phone for when we need to add or change something on nothing is 2 much for her. A great help to me and a great travel agent and that's why I will continue to return to Hays travel cookstown

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. I was dealing with Tony. I called in and he took all my details and what I was after from my holiday. couple days later he had put together a few different options that we dicusssed. Got our holiday booked easily. Also I had looked at the hotel in question myself a week or two previous but It was coming in around 8 grand, threw Tony he got the same hotel and better flights for just over 5 grand. Unbelievable saving. Will definitely be doing all my future bookings through here.
