Just booked another holiday
Went yesterday 14th June 2026 and I booked another holiday for next year with Erin.
I have booked quite a number of holiday with Erin. Erin is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, friendly with a bubbly personality. First class.

Erin in Crosby branch was very helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay in Paris for a few days after going to Disneyland, Paris with my daughter.
I was not sure where to stay and Erin was very patient with me. I was really impressed by her and she stayed late after work to complete my booking.

Macy is amazing ! I always use the Crosby branch and Macy always listens to what you need and what your looking for and will always provide you will different options ! They are also very professional and take care of you as your trip arrives and always take feedback onboard to.
