Nothing was too much trouble
We went in to the Crosby branch of Hays travel for some ideas of availability for a party of 13. Everyone was friendly
in the shop. Macy was wonderful!. We took away some printouts for ideas, and returned to book the holiday the next day,. 10 adults, 1 toddler and 2 children.
Macy booked our seats and everything else we needed.Nothing was too much trouble for her. So efficient and friendly.

The young lady who delt with us
The young lady who delt with us, Nicole, although new to the job was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked two holidays with her she explained everything to us in a way we new and understood everything.
