Great customer service
Wanted to book a trip to Canada 18 months in advance. Provided a vague outline of requirements and the travel advisor went to work researching providers and tours that most met the requirements and sent through 2 quotes.
Returned a couple of days later to book and advisor patiently went through every detail to make sure itinerary was perfect for us. No question was too small or too much trouble.
Staff were exceptionally friendly but special mention to Erin who dealt with my booking

Really pleasant and informative discussion with Macy about our ideas for a holiday in Vietnam. Discussed lots of options and Macy designed our ideal trip taking account of what we were after. Provided initial holiday outline then revised several times with new options to ensure we got the holiday we wanted and better flights. Compared prices and checked back with us ensuring we were comfortable with all details
