Excellent service go there for all your travel needs
It was made so easy to book and we didn't go with our original holiday choice we found a better deal for longer thanks to the travel agent and nothing was too much trouble for her and it was her birthday too. She made booking effortless and even wished me happy birthday. Such a lovely atmosphere in this branch and all the girls were so happy and it was faultless. Will definitely be using them next time

I messaged the Facebook page and Gemma got back to me the next day ( I messaged at night) brilliant customer service on message and on the phone. Gemma was so helpful and went through everything with me to make sure I understand, then emailed it all over to me straight away. Was amazing service and I will definitely be booking a holiday through Hays again.

We called into the Cwmbran Branch and “wow”the review says it all.…
We called into the Cwmbran Branch looking to book a quick holiday as we both needed a break. We were immediately greeted with Gemma. My wife and I were impressed by her lovely smile and her enthusiasm in greeting us. We wanted to book two weeks in Lanzarote which is our favourite destination. Gemma searched for a holiday but unfortunately there was limited availability, but through Gemma’s persistent searching she came up with a great find so we booked it there and then and Gemma gave us a real good deal. Gemma was so good at her job, she even emailed directly to the hotel to put in a request for us. She even arranged a call back for us to come in and have our check in done. At that meeting I asked for advice about the hotel accommodation. She immediately emailed the hotel and will be letting me know the outcome as soon as it’s available. My Wife and I have had the most unbelievable experience from Gemma. It’s Jet2 for us again next year.

We have booked 2 holidays with Hays Cwmbran and will never look back. They take all the hassle out of it all. Do absolutely everything for you and are exceptionally competitively priced -as good as internet prices. So we will always choose you from now on and forget the stress of checking details etc online booking ourselves . All the staff are wonderful there from the lovely recently appointed manageress , to the lovely lady who sorts out the Hays travel card and so far the lovely Grace and lovely Belle with whom we have booked our 2 Malta trips. Belle booked our holiday on this occasion and she was excellent. Grace on the last and she was also excellent. Nothing too much trouble. So helpful. They just take the strain for you.
Hays has excellent communication and we are very pleased to keep booking holidays with you.

Malta, here we come again
We came back from Malta on Monday 13th October and went 2 days later, to Hays Travel shop, to book 2 more holidays. One in May and another in August 2026. Excellent service by Kate, she was amazing helping us with the process easily. Malta and db Seabank Resort and Spa here we come, also with special assistance (our legs aren’t as good as they used to be)
