Your member of staff was most friendly, helpful & efficient. She listened to our requirements re: destination & dates and quickly found the right hotel & flights for us.
We were supplied with the paperwork straight away and this was followed up within an hour or two by e-mail confirmation. Many thanks.

Good experience
What made our experience great was the lady we spoke to was very helpful with finding a hotel with access to everything that we needed. Telling us what is in the area which is easy to get to for example the park near by the markets which take place and also the cable car ride.
