The staff know their subject well and use their travel experience to suggest practical and sensible options for customers to use. The overall service provided during the search for a holiday was really good and completed with a smile. Living quite some way from the Hays travel bureau meant trying to secure an appointment would have helped us considerably and been much less stressful. Despite requesting one over a week prior to our eventual visit to the bureau it was refused. For a firm who seem to seek to meet the holiday needs for plenty of people who are elderly, or maybe some who have very busy lives and cannot turn up on a whim and be sure of getting an appointment, this seems to play into the hands of the Internet travel agencies. Excellent visit, lovely staff
We didn't really have anywhere in mind for a holiday when we went to Hayes in Deal, just a few ideas bouncing around, but Sophie was so helpful and patient with us, eventually finding us a fantastic holiday at a really great price, nothing was too much trouble, and Sophie was so knowledgeable about the holiday location and we eventually opted for, in fact everyone in the agency was cheerful and welcoming, lovely staff, will definitely be using the Deal branch in future and recommend it to friends and family, so lovely to book a holiday speaking to someone who is extremely helpful, courteous and friendly, well done 👏😁
