The staff in Hays Deal branch are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, cheerful and so busy that we wonder how they cope. We usually see Milly who has booked our holidays for many years and was this time helping a new apprentice called Roxy, who was a lovely young woman and will be an asset I'm sure.
