Helpful and responsive
Deb was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my enquiry even at weekends. My requirements were complex as they involved several family members travelling on different dates but she dealt with my requirements efficiently and effectively. I got a great price too!

Deb was responsive great customer service
Deb was responsive to my questions, did not pressure any sale, sent all details by email as I requested for myself to think, which cruise stay I would like.
When I chose, contacted myself by phone at my convenient time to process payment, was happy bubbly , I would happily confidentiality rebook again .

The team at Hays travel worked above & beyond to sort our holiday out & as we are quite a large group going, this couldn't of been an easy task but was made eeasier by the correspondence we recieved & very quickly. We recieved quotes etc on a Sunday evening which I was very impressed with, so many thanks & keep up the good work 😁
