Debbie informed us about the itinerary etc of the cruise. She also informed us about parking at Southampton. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve booked two holidays with Debbie recently, She is outstanding at her job. I’ve always booked through TUI directly. But il definitely be booking through her from now on. Any issues or questions she’s there with the answer straight away, nothing is too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend.

Cruise booked to join family
I contacted Deb from Hays Travel to make a reservation for a cruise and join my family, who had already booked their trip. Despite calling late in the afternoon, Deb efficiently managed to complete most of my booking on the same day. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received, we have all our special requirements sorted and questions answered promptly, and I'm looking forward to joining my family on the cruise.

Debbie and Beth was amazing! I had a very large group booking but they made it all so easy for me! They are absolutely wonderful and friendly. I truly thank them for putting so much time and efforts to help us!

I needed a flight to the States in…
I needed a flight to the States in August and didn't have the time and energy to go on line and sort through all of the options. As a busy business woman Deb at Hays Travel took away all of the stress that this would entail and found me the perfect option at the best price. Fast, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to do business with :-)
