It is great when you are on the end of good customer service.Gemma my agent was really good,especially with advise and steering me into the right holiday choice. Its good to have a laugh with Cheryl her manager as well.

I usually book my holiday independently but as I am travelling alone for the first time I wanted a bit more support. I first went in and spoke with Cheryl who tailored my needs and found me three options. I went home and did a bit more research and decided on one, then rang and spoke to Emily who booked it all for me, both ladies were very pleasant and helpful and informative. The whole process was easy and has left me feeling comfortable about travelling alone.
