I was dealt with a young apprentice named Ella. She was polite,cheerful and very competent. The booking was completed smoothly and without fuss. I will definitely recommend and use Hays travel for future bookings.

Cheryl is always very helpful and friendly. She has booked us several trips now and knows exactly what we like. She also makes great suggestions based on that little bit of knowledge she has about us. Also gets back to us very quickly when asked to make any kind of enquiry for us. So no hanging around.

Very helpful and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Booking followed through as promised with email and a phone call trying to get better seats on aircraft. This task was successful and we were very grateful.
