Craig was more than helpful did everything for us which is good when you get elderly. Also explained how to get from the airport to the hotel and gave us good suggestions what to see. Give him 5 stars.

I was very stressed about booking flights. So I popped into Hays Travel in Dunfermline and a lovely young lady called Holly, took all the stress away and did it all for me. She got my flights booked and sorted out the meals and baggage. She kept me informed all the way through. She's a diamond.

I originally contacted Hays Dunfermline through Facebook after seeing a great deal advertised on their page and Scott responded quickly with details of the cruise I was interested in.
A few days later I called Scott and he answered all my questions and then booked the cruise for me.
Scott was incredibly helpful throughout and took time to explain everything clearly.

This is the first time using hays and I was very impressed Scott made it easy and was able to advise on locations and hotel allowing us to make a decision on our family holiday We found his knowledge and the fact that he was helping us find what suited us rather what was easier for the him refreshing.
