Fiona was sp helpful, full of advice and guidance regards places to take my disabled brother.
She also advised my hubby and I on our first cruise .
I will continue to use staff in the office as computer DIY bookings are all scams!

When into Hays Dunoon
When into Hays Dunoon. Last minute as usual for me. Joan helped me out quite quickly with what I wanted. She explained a good bit about the holiday to me which helped me make the quick decision. Very helpful and friendly. That's a few times now i have booked through Hays travel and would not go anywhere else. Definitely the most helpful and friendliest staff.

Help you on every step to your perfect holiday
Unfortunately I have had to cancel the holiday that had been booked due to being unable to travel on the original date and being unable to find another holiday that was suitable. However your staff went to great lengths to find something unsuccess fully. Scott in your Dunoon branch went the extra mile and I would certainly advise anyone to use your branch when looking for a holiday.
