Holiday booking
Our adviser Margaret couldn't have been more helpful. Considering she was in a small temporary room as their main building was being refurbished, she did a great job. The wifi and the phones were causing a few problems however overall it was a really positive experience.

Absolutely amazing quick service
Absolutely amazing service , very happy with the quick service. Holiday all booked and paid for within 24 hours exactly what I hoped for.
Margaret ensured every detail was taken care of perfectly, as though Margaret herself would be happy with the holiday, nice to know it wasn’t just anything I was being offered but actual care and thought was put into the planning!

El Salvador trip
I was booking a return trip to El Salvador with stop in New York and was delighted that Joan was able to help and get it booked so quickly. I decided to book through Hays again as there is a greater peace of mind in long distance travel.
