Staff were friendly and very helpful
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The assistant tried different options for us to get the best deal that suited us and printed our boarding passes for us. The assistant at the currency desk was also helpful with advice on travel card and currency questions.

The member of staff we met with was patient and charming. She listened carefully to us and came up with helpful suggestions. With her help we were able to demand then book a holiday which looks like it will fit our expectations.
