Very pleasant staff
Very pleasant staff. I was greeted by a trainee whom came across warm , professional and interested on what I needed . She was then joined by another member of staff who was very experienced and I was impressed on how they interacted with each other, together getting the best travel package for me. I will be using Hays Travel again.

Hannah was very helpful and understood what I wanted to achieve in putting my extended holiday around the world together. Working with Jack they came up with an itinerary that looked really good and was reasonably priced.

Gave me a quote and then whe I decided to put a deposit down it had gone up £500 so I paid the deposit wich had also gone up and then told I have no deposit return once paid

My experience at Hays. I have booked travel at Hays before. On each occasion I have been greeted with a pleasant and happy smile. I book with Hannah, who i feel happy with. I feel she is very good at her job, patient and she allows you to speak. She always tries her very best to help me.
