Hays were wonderful. I posed a proposal to Juliana with our preferences and she came up with suggestions the same day. The cruise was exactly what we wanted so we went ahead and booked immediately. Even the portside parking and assistance were included. Well done (again) Hays

This was the first time I spoke to the trainee she was very professional when she was having some difficulties she also colleague for help she showed me a number of options which I appreciated a book Singapore I booked with Hayes, Travel and Enfield on a few occasions now and I find them to be very professional and they’re very helpful and even have to have a difficult day there was put a smile and they always remember your name when you come back

Consistently excellent service
Booked our annual holiday to Croatia through Hayes Travel at the Hayes Travel – Enfield Branch and received excellent service once again. I’ve used this branch for several years and they’re always helpful, patient, and great at exploring different options. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service and outcome
We have never used Hays Travel before, as we use another high street Travel Agent. Well we will certainly be going back. From the moment we stepped into the Enfield branch we were greeted with a friendly smile by Giuliana.
She took down all our requirements, offered great advice and suggestions and promised to contact us in a couple of days (as it was a big holiday).
This was exceeded with a detailed itinerary arriving the next day. A further 2 options were provided giving great alternatives and prices to suit our budget.
We selected our holiday with a few tweaks from the options and came up with the perfect outcome.
We are over the moon. The staff in the office were friendly and gave tips and advice following their recent trips to the USA.
All in all first class service 100% customer focused.

Hannah's 5* service (Enfield)
I went to Hannah asking for a special holiday to celebrate a special birthday coming up later in the year. I told her everything that I needed within this and she went above and beyond to make this happen. The package that she put together for me has everything and more, her patience, advice and experience left me feeling at ease. I will 100% be returning to the Enfield store again and using Hannah as my agent.
