Hays Travel - Enfield Avis 

We have never used Hays Travel before, as we use another high street Travel Agent. Well we will certainly be going back. From the moment we stepped into the Enfield branch we were greeted with a friendly smile by Giuliana.
She took down all our requirements, offered great advice and suggestions and promised to contact us in a couple of days (as it was a big holiday).
This was exceeded with a detailed itinerary arriving the next day. A further 2 options were provided giving great alternatives and prices to suit our budget.
We selected our holiday with a few tweaks from the options and came up with the perfect outcome.
We are over the moon. The staff in the office were friendly and gave tips and advice following their recent trips to the USA.
All in all first class service 100% customer focused.

I went to Hannah asking for a special holiday to celebrate a special birthday coming up later in the year. I told her everything that I needed within this and she went above and beyond to make this happen. The package that she put together for me has everything and more, her patience, advice and experience left me feeling at ease. We travelled for 45 minutes to get to the Enfield branch but it was worth the effort. As we entered the shop Giuliana greeted us with a friendly smile and listened carefully to hear exactly what we were looking for in a city break to Marrakech. She patiently explained and illustrated all the options and helped my wife and I to reach a decision that we are both delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble and each step of the booking was carefully explained. A first class experience.

My cousin, brother and myself went into the Hays branch in Enfield to get information about a cruise along the Rhine and Moselle rivers for 2027. we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner by Giuliana who took us through the various options currently available. We were able to observe different cruise companies brochures and ask questions that were relevant to our requirements. Giuliana was able to either answer our questions or contact the cruise company in order to give us the details we needed there and then which was ideal for us to make a decision. It was wonderful to be able to talk, ask questions and get the relevant details required face to face rather than hitting a brick wall getting nowhere with a robot on a website that only wants to answer a question it wants you to ask, or being timed out because it does not give you enough time to think when being directed by the website. Therefore our experience at Hays was very good.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Marie and Maria are very knowledgeable and explained things clearly that I was unsure about.
I have booked a cruise and this is my first time so they both patiently went through everything with me.
I will choose Hays again, and I am really looking forward to my holiday.
