Giuliana ticked all of our holiday boxes
Have just returned from a Xmas break to Gran Canaria. Giuliana was great from start to finish finding us something that ticked all our boxes and at a great price. We had such a brilliant time and was so happy with the service we received that we booked our summer holiday with her as soon as we arrived home. Took all the stress out of constant online scrolling and comparing. Thankyou.

What a lovely young lady is Maria who works at your Enfield branch.She has been so helpful with sorting out holidays for us,going way beyond doing things.We live in St. Albans and cannot get to any of your branches now you do not have a place here.You really do need one back in St. Albans. Maria has been sorting out our 2 holidays in 2026 and delivering the paper work to our home,as she did last year.What an advert she is for Hays Travel .Look after her she is worth her weight in gold.Mrs. S. Juliana goes the extra length to make our holiday successful as it is a bit different from what others ask for.. she does some research and finds out options which would benefit us plus knows that costs should be kept low!
