Unhappy and no correspondence
This is just the 1 st day and the rep wasn’t there and no one knew what or what we r doing and no one to meet us and also tomorrows tour the whole group not happy and we dont know where we meet or even what time we r to leave for our tour.

I've always had faith in the Hays…
I've always had faith in the Hays brand- all holidays booked have been done competently and the most recent- a cruise to Norway fitted the bill perfectly in terms of my requirements and price. Friendly agent explained everything in ways I could understand- what more can you want?

Painless and seamless booking with Maria!

Excellent warm welcome. Helpful staff made it easy to choose our resort and hotel. Hannah was efficient and produced our detailed documents very quickly. Much easier to talk to a qualified agent than spending days online.

Great customer service- Very helpful
Maria was informative, and very helpful going through all of my options. Maria took the time to look at multiple holidays, giving advice and help on the local areas so we could make an informed decision on what part of Turkey to stay in. would highly recommend booking with Hays, and speakng with Maria.
