Went in to book a trip to Zante for a wedding.
I'd tried for hours online, got frustrated!!
Took 10 minutes for Tina to find a hotel she knew, and could recommend

Very knowledgeable and helpful. She managed to help us book our holiday without it feeling overwhelming and made it very easy. We went away very happy. On a side note, she was also very good with our two young children and was very accommodating.

Sarah was incredible
Sarah was incredible.
She went above and beyond.
We went in with no clue what we really wanted or where we wanted to go having exhausted all hope of finding out holiday on our own we came in Hays Exmouth.
From the start Sarah was amazing. She listened to our waffle and came up with lots of very intriguing and wonderful holidays of all types.
Having personally gone from Blackpool to the canaries to Egypt in our search we were clueless.
Sarah then mentioned Hawaii....this was interesting. Then came Las Vegas. Well it's a bucket list destination and somewhere my husband has always wanted to go.
Hotel booked, flights upgraded and links sent about hiring a mobility scooter and visas.
Sarah is fantastic.
Job...well done.
