Called in and spoke to the manager in my local Hays Travel regarding flights to Australia and return. Considering it was the most busiest time to be travelling I was helped with finding the best dates and price for my trip. Nothing was to much trouble and all the questions I had were answered. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Natasha at Fakenham Hays was brilliant. I knew where I wanted to go and when, but I am a solo traveller and at 76 I preferred to be in a group. I also wanted to go to Herculaneum which isn't usually included in Pompeii area trips. Natasha found one, guided me through queries and was very generous with her time, juggling sorting me out alongside incoming calls. I booked there and then, with complete confidence.
