Nice staff to deal with , we know we are in safe hands dealing with our holidays, not sure if hays are giving us the best deals , it's only when we show them the deal we have seen on the Internet, they seem to give you a hays discount??

Booking a group celebration holiday
Booking a holiday for a group for next year, they made the experience so much less stressful trying to book myself online. They didn't rush us, and were very patient, so pleased that everything was sorted, no problem with paying either direct debit set up
