Jake spent well over an hour trying to find a location suitable for my kids (12 & 14) and me, keeping within budget and all at rather short notice. He succeeded against the backdrop of holidays selling out rapidly, even whilst we were viewing them.

Helpful booking
The girl listened to what we wanted. She was very understanding as to what help was needed for my husband at the airport/boarding the plane and even got us the seats we were hoping for! We have been using Hays Travel for a long time now and have always been treated with courtesy
