Helpful, happy, holiday people
We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and any questions are skillfully answered.
Our entire booking experience was dealt with patience and professionalism.
Advice on skincare, clothing and useful accessories for our destination were freely offered.
Once we'd booked we were able to access a preferable rate for our holiday currencies from the bureau de change at the rear of the shop.

Cruise booking with Hays
First time using Hays and was very pleased, Ashley was the lady who looked after us.
We never felt rushed.
Ashley took our details and provided choices based on what we were looking for.
Everything was explained clearly.
Good advice was provided.
The booking experience was very good indeed, Ashley took the time to input our Peninsular club details which secured an extra £110 on board spending money on the P&O cruise we booked.
Ashley set a reminder on her system to book our coach transfers, reminder for final payment, check us in nearer the time.
Very pleased indeed, Hays will be our go to agent from now on.
