Hays Travel - Gainsborough Avis 

This is the first time I’ve booked through Hays Travel - the young lady dealing with the booking seemed friendly, clean and knowledgeable - she was able to answer any questions we had.

The Ladies at Hays Gainsborough are always very cheerful and helpful.

The experience was made great by Alice, what i was booking was complex and difficult and she was very patient and professional, she couldn't have been any better

Staff are very efficient and welcoming and easy to speak to, they made the experience of booking the flight, hotel and airport car parking very easy

Made an initial enquiry with a wonderful lady called Alice at the Gainsborough Branch and she was amazing. Took all our details and kept us up to date with when it was available book. Courtesy calls, emails and in person chats. We couldn't of asked for better. Booking our special trip and again she was fantastic. So friendly, knowledgeable, professional and lots of fun. Will definitely book with Alice again. 5 stars.

Great experience at hays travel Gainsborough . Greet with friendly efficient staff . Dealt with Staci to start with and then when went back after the weekend as needed to check dates at work and Staci on annual leave we dealt with Hannah . Both ladies where exceptional and we came away with a holiday booked and really happy with the service we had received.

My husband & I visited the Gainsborough branch to book a holiday to Rome for our silver wedding anniversary. Having not been abroad for many years we were feeling a little anxious & unsure of what to do. We need not have worried. Alice was amazing! Her professionalism & knowledge was second to none. She instantly made us feel welcome & completely at ease. We left looking forward & excited about our upcoming holiday & reassured that everything was in hand & arranged.
