Words fail me how bad my experience was, left us without our break to Prague .
Utterly destroyed my leave off work,
Resulting in having to wait for a refund so unable to book new flights or hotel in time.
Unfortunately I won’t be using Hays Travel again.

Alice at Hays in Gainsborough is always our go to person. She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and also goes above and beyond to help us with our holiday enquiries & bookings - no job is too big or small and she often looks into options without us even having to ask.
We feel that Alice knows us well and we have developed a good relationship with her.
We wouldn’t deal with anyone else and recommend her to all our friends, family & work colleagues.
