The staff were really helpful and explained our trip to us leaving us feeling really excited. Everything was explained and staff answered any questions that we had. Was the first time we had used Hays Travel and will certainly use them again.

Ashley at the Gainsborough branch was amazing! Not only did she sort all the boring stuff for us she got us the best deal! It's our first family holiday with a nearly 2 year old coming up and she ensured we would have everything on site we may need, perfect location & amazing price. Thankyou Ashley!!

Alice was very good and we eventually got everything confirmed. Quite lengthy dealing with a third party on tbe phone though.
Will use Hays travel again and have used them several times previously.

Very helpful.
Very helpful.. We explained what we needed and we were given 3 choices of hotel - anymore would have been too much information. Alice was very patient and professional ,everything seemed easy.
