Jill is always friendly and helpful and is the person we prefer to speak to when visiting Hays ... She had a particularly trying time when booking this holiday (due to the company we were booking with) but she kept her cool and managed to get our booking sorted in the end .... Wouldn't go anywhere else

Slick service
Slick service! I saw a late deal in the window, popped in, got details. Went home, discussed and called to book. The whole thing took 20mins! Wilma was knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. So happy with the service and our fabulous deal to Zante!

Kenny at Glenrothes branch was absolutely fantastic. Managed to get us exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Explained about the area we are going to. Many years since our last travels abroad. Explained fully change in airport rules etc. Will certainly rebook with Hays travels.
