Great service
Jill was very helpful and searched to ensure the hotel we picked was in the correct area for Christmas markets etc. she also checked various dates so we got the best value.

Excellent Customer Service
Jill at Hays in Glenrothes listens carefully to what you are looking for and always comes back with 2 or 3 perfect holiday choices. She is extremely knowledgeable about cruises and was able to give us advice and answer all the questions we had. She also has a great manner and provides excellent customer service.
