Reeled into the Goole Branch,
I was reeled into the Goole Branch by a post on their window as I walked by.
I was seen almost immediately by a staff member who was lovely.
She was well spoken, friendly and very informative.
Answered all my questions with a quick confidence.
The experience itself, though quite daunting, was made easy and exciting.
I will definitely recommend Hays Travel to everyone and will be booking again through Hays Travel myself in future.

The staff were smart and friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing and took time to provide the flights I wanted. Refreshments were offered. No rushing, or trying to influence me in any way. A very pleasant experience.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Saw the holiday advertised on social media went into branch for more info and pricing was given really good information from Manager Beverley and Area Manager Jonathan about locations and things to do in the area the hotel is based, email sent in good time with prices as I had to get back to work gave Beverley all my details to get the holiday inputted so when I came back next day all I had to do was pay deposit. Quick and easy booking happy with competitive prices lovely little shop and excellent knowledgeable staff!!

Hay’s Travel opens in Goole
What a fantastic, welcoming team led by the very warm, friendly and personable Jonathan. I had a lovely time engaging with them and the service was good. I was surprised when Jonathan presented me with a bottle of Prosecco and I had my photo taken with Alyssa. I would highly recommend them for booking a holiday.
