Karen was, as usual, extremely, patient and very helpful. She found us the exact villa where we wanted to go. And the best fights at the right times. Will defiantly be coming back next year.

Booking a trip at short notice.
All the help given to book us on a flight at fairly short notice to Sydney for family reasons was extremely helpful, there were a lot of questions before we were able to book which were answered fully for us.

Very helpful
We had tried to book a holiday online without success. It was good to be able to speak to someone face to face. They were very helpful and persevered to find the right holiday for us. We would definitely recommend Hays Travel.
