We saw Nicola at Great Yarmouth, and she was brilliant. She was soooo helpful, and took a long time to get the best deals for us, and ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

Hays Travel Great Yarmouth
I have used Hays travel (Great Yarmouth) twice now for my family including two pre teenage children, they’re very knowledgeable, accommodating, and go the extra mile. I will continually use Hays travel now as it just makes the whole process so much easier and stress free.

We booked 2 holidays, the 2nd one is a cruise as we have never been on one before so all totally new to us. Iona explained it all brilliantly showing us the ships layout choosing the best room drinks package and all our queries so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Iona.

Claire had to work to get the holiday to Bali for the advertised price and she replied the next day (Sunday). Had to wait whilst another customer was served but was served coffee and made to feel comfortable very good service

First first time with hays…
First time we had booked with hays the 2 staff i delt with was very helpful in setting up the multi holiday for 2027 time was taken to explain every thing paper work was in place when they said it would be, even helped me to set up the app up
