I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

Nathan dealt with our holiday booking he was very helpful and friendly he went through everything he said we could get our flight seats reserved which we did also he mentioned that they do a hays travel master card
Which we are considering to do, he also gave us a card with his telephone number if we needed to get in contact with him

We used Hays last year and were happy with the efficient way we were treated so we decided to use them again.
Clare booked us the property we had seen on line and we now await the extra paperwork ref.directions etc.

There is a great team atmosphere in the great yarmouth hays store . Everyone is always so happy to help.
Iona know what we are looking for , as she has gotten to know us quite well.
The booking process is always simple and help is always available if needed .
They usually have a great exchange rate too.
