The staff were fab as usual
The staff were fab as usual. The only disappointment was the fact that the holiday had increased in price from when I got the quote, till a few days later when I had got a hold of my friends and got in to book. It was only £18 each but when this happened to me previously in another travel agents they gave me the price I was quoted first. A similar gesture would have been appreciated if it had been done this time

As usual, fantastic service from Kris at the Greenock branch. He listened carefully to what type of holiday I was looking for. He spent time searching for an ideal choice and managed to get the best price. He has kept me up to date with all the details as my holiday approaches. Jaqueline at Greenock Hays was superb finding us a holiday .No mean feat to accommodate a family of 12 heading abroad to celebrate 70th birthday and a golden wedding and some of the party going from Glasgow and some from Stanstead.
