Lovely welcome on arrival, recognised we had previously visited the Hamilton
Hays Travel shop. The lady we spoke with, Elaine was very good. As we had another appointment, Elaine took details of our holiday request. Called later that morning to provide the detail's of our request, 100% perfect. We confirmed and Elaine proceeded to book our holiday. Emails followed swiftly with confirmation etc. Elaine was very professional, understood our holiday plan. 5* customer experience. We are now looking forward to our holiday with confidence everything has been taken care of. Thank you Hays Travel, Hamilton

Friendly and welcoming staff
We were made to feel welcome. Staff were really friendly and booked the holiday we were looking for.
When I popped in 2 days later with our passports, I was rememered instanly, with a hello, I sent you documents.
Overall a great experience.

First Class Service once again.
Another amazing experience with Julie at Hays Travel Hamilton. Nothing is any trouble to her even when she was going on holiday and still helped us get our booking secured on her day off. Would definitely recommend Hays and especially our favourite travel agent Julie.
