Amanda has helped us with previous holidays. She is friendly, always helpful and is never rushed. Our recent visit she provided many options to consider, with a variety of prices. We found our holiday, we compromised about plane seats. Up to our holiday, Amanda will continue to check if our preferred seats become available. Great service, thank you.

Fantastic service
My experience with Hay's travels was amazing from start to finish. As we were travelling with a partially sighted passenger Karen was very understanding and patient with our needs. I would definitely use Hay's travels again.
