Hays Travel - Hanley Avis 

So happy we chose Hays Travel in Hanley Aidan was amazing we had a load of questions and he answered them with professionalism we came away with the knowledge of knowing that all is going to be just perfect

I saw Jody in the Hanley store to discuss a holiday that I had seen and thankyou to Jody giving me the information I needed - I ended up booking the holiday in February to Las Vegas/Los Angeles and 7 night cruise around Mexico thankyou Jody

He was so helpful with us, very kind and so inpatient.

In our experience ,Aiden was very helpful,polite and gave us all the information and answered all the questions we had about the holiday we booked.

We were assisted by Aidan and he was amazing helped us find the best holiday for us listened to everything we wanted and found it,
nothing was too much for him either he was very polite and very welcoming, our son is adhd and he was amazing with him too.

I telephoned the local branch in Hanley and enquired about a deal that I had seen in the window, I spoke to a lovely lady named Joy and she looked into my enquiry and then rang me back with all the information and different dates and flights available. My husband and myself called in to the branch the next day and spoke to Joy and booked the short break that we wanted. Joy was so very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her, great customer service.

As soon as me and my partner walked into the shop ( Hanley Stoke - on-Trent ) we were greeted by three lovely staff , Aidan asked us to sit down and asked what kind of holiday we wanted bless him we were there over two hours looking at everything from cruises to beach holidays, we wanted to week’s break within three weeks , Ian glad to say Aidan found us one that we were both happy with . The whole experience from start to finish was amazing we felt really happy he did everything for us including our euros. We will definitely be back to book our future holidays with hays travel by the way we are both in our seventies . Thank you too Aidan .
